4. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our service you can request for a refund by emailing to ‘[email protected]’. MONEY BACK POLICY IS NOT APPLIED TO 'ONLINE BACKUP', 'DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE' AND 'TRAINING' PACKAGES
• 4.1. 30 Days Money Back Policy: - This policy is only applied to Monthly Subscriptions, Yearly Subscriptions and Online backup. In order to get the refund, you have to email HelloPcSupport.com at [email protected] within 30 days since you purchased the service. No refund will be allowed after 30 days. Credit card transaction charges and another $16 as processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
IMPORTANT TERMS TO AVAIL REFUND POLICY
Any customer subscribed with hellopcsupport is eligible for refund. Refund is provided for better customer service, so refund will be provided for those customers whose issues are not addressed/resolved and not happy with the support.
Refunds will be processed only by supervisors. At any given point of time neither technicians will suggest the customer to take a refund nor will offer a refund. If at all a customer demands for a refund then the technician will escalate to supervisors without promising a refund.
The supervisor will try to convince the customer, if still the customer demands for a refund then the supervisor will process a refund. The amount to be refunded will be decided by the supervisor based on tenure and satisfaction of the customer

• 4.2.1. Virus Cleaning and refund policy:- Hellopcsupport.com will use the latest tools to remove viruses, spyware, trojan & rootkit infections from your computer or laptop. If we can't remove the viruses then we are ready to give you a refund after deducting the credit card transaction charges. ONCE WE CLEAN YOUR COMPUTER WE WILL SHOW YOU THE ANTI VIRUS SCAN REPORT AND MAKE SURE THAT NONE OF THE FILES IN YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED WITH ANY VIRUS OR SPYWARE. IF ANY FILE IS INFECTED WITH VIRUS AGAIN , IN SEVERAL WAY, NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING AND THESE ARE NOT APPLICABLE UNDER REFUND POLICY
Please note that even if we clean your computer or laptop, there are still chances of virus infection if you:-
• 4.2.2.1. Go to the same site from where your system was infected
• 4.2.2.2. Go to any website that’s attacked by virus or acts as virus distributor
• 4.2.2.3. Use any external storage like CD, Pen Drive, or Hard Drive which is already virus infected
OUR REFUND POLICY WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED CASES.
